A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your training date. Full payment is due before training begins. If your party requires a specific date that has already been reserved, we can accommodate your needs. A $200 fee will be assessed to arrange alternate dates for the other party.
Training is free for 1 person if a new Neoteric craft is purchased. If the craft is preowned, training charges apply.
Bad weather doesn't slow hovercraft down, so training usually takes place regardless of weather conditions. In the rare event that we cancel training, students may reschedule or receive a prorated refund based on percentage of course completed.
Because training is individualized for each student, cancellation and rescheduling are strongly discouraged and will be considered only in extreme circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Failure to appear for training will result in forfeiture of all training fees.

Merchandise returns must be authorized by Hovercraft Training Centers and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
